Welcome to The DOT™’s wholesale program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing The DOT™ products for resale. This page was updated on September 16, 2026.
Who Can Buy Wholesale
Legally established retail businesses in possession of a resale license and an avenue for sales are typically eligible to buy wholesale. Retailers will be required to complete a General Sales Tax Exemption Certificate issued by the Indiana Department of Revenue, regardless of which state the retailer has established presence. Your application is not a guarantee of acceptance.
Minimum Order Quantity and Pricing
The wholesale minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces. If you buy larger quantities, you’ll get a larger discount. Wholesale prices are available to resellers once a wholesale relationship has been established. The DOT™ has a suggested retail price (MSRP) of $11 per 66 piece pack; however, the MSRP is a guideline, not a requirement. You can feel free to set a price that is appropriate for your market. MSRP is not printed on the packaging or retail signage.
Order Placement and Payment
Tax exempt orders can be placed through our online ordering page. Upon receipt of your paid order, the fulfillment process will begin.
You also have the option to place a taxable order through Etsy. Etsy may be able to reimburse you for sales tax paid; otherwise, you may be able to recoup your sales tax when filing your annual tax return. Your tax professional can advise you on the best way to manage sales taxes paid.
Shipping and Delivery
The DOT™ ships exclusively within the USA via USPS, unless otherwise agreed. Creekside Craftwork reserves the right to select alternative shipping methods if doing so results in cost savings or improved service quality. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Returns, Exchanges, Backorders, and Substitutions
Returns are accepted if the wrong item is shipped (except for substitutions) or the material arrives with damage that renders the product unsellable. Return requests must be made within seven days of delivery and must include photographic evidence of damage. Occasionally, stock shortages may require substitutions or backorders. We strive to match materials exactly, but slight variations in color due to manufacturer changes or dye lot variations may occur. If an identical replacement cannot be found, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product or place the item on backorder.
Competitive Pricing and Retail Support
We sell The DOT™ direct to consumers online. It is not our intention to compete with our retail partners, however, we sometimes offer The DOT™ at a promotional discount. If you are approached by a customer asking you to price match our online listing(s), you are not required to match our price. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide what is right for your business. We support your right to adjust The DOT™’s retail price to fit your store’s market, however, credit will not be issued to offset price accommodations.
Service Termination
If you would like to stop carrying The DOT™ and terminate your relationship with us, please let us know in an email.
If you are in possession of our rotating display, you may continue to use it until you have sold through the last of your stock. If you have not yet been credited for your display deposit, you will be credited upon return of the unit in usable condition. If you would like to keep the display, you agree to forfeit your deposit. If you have already received a deposit credit because you placed and accepted at least 10 reorders before cancelling, you have the option to keep the display rack at no additional charge.
Disclaimer
The DOT™ is designed to block viewing access to laptop and cell phone cameras by ordinary users and casual hacking methods. Technology evolves quickly, however, and there are other ways for sophisticated parties to use your devices to view you and the areas around you. The DOT™ does not protect against these methods, and Creekside Craftwork does not warrant against intrusion by these or any other methods that exist now or will be developed in the future.
Use of Content
All images and text produced by Creekside Craftwork is copyrighted exclusively to Creekside Craftwork. Under no circumstances shall text or images be used without permission, regardless of your relationship with our company. If you plan to resell The DOT™ on your own website, you MUST contact us for written permission to use our text or images. If you do not have a relationship with Creekside Craftwork, we will file takedown notices and/or pursue legal action against you for using our copyrighted materials, especially if our materials are used to represent a competitive product or market a counterfeit product under our name.
Disputes
Creekside Craftwork is in business to support retailers so that we both turn a profit. It is our intention to work in conjunction with you and your team to achieve that goal; however, should a dispute arise that cannot be resolved through regular discussion, we urge you to consider binding arbitration as a next step. In doing business with us, you are not waiving your right to counsel.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will never rent, sell, or share your personal information except as legally required or necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., sharing delivery details with shipping providers). We will retain information relating to your account and your dealings with us for not less than three years, or as required by law.
